Rose Garden is a new large-scale residential development in Auckland’s North Shore. We were tasked with producing a complete brand identity including a set of communication collateral for prospective buyers and real estate agents. Setting a highly desirable tone through the use of a unique monogram and wordmark combined with a royal blue and bronze colour palette, we developed corporate stationery, signage and a set of brochures detailing the development. This information pack consisted of five A4 spec brochures for each of the apartment options and a fifth brochure describing the overall complex. All of which were contained in an elegant, custom-made folder.
